Why it matters
America.gov puts AI-assisted intake between the public and a fragmented set of federal enforcement offices. Whether the reward offer works depends on clear eligibility rules and the agencies that investigate the tips, not the simplicity of the form.

The National Design Studio promoted a new America.gov fraud-reporting form on October 20th, the same day President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance announced a $25 million federal whistleblower program offering rewards of up to $30,000 for qualifying tips. The initiative puts a digital intake tool at the front of a government-wide effort to collect allegations and route them to agencies with authority to investigate.
