Why it matters

Bland is trying to compress the setup of customer-facing agents from an enterprise integration project into a website-and-chat workflow. That could widen access to transactional agents, but its own iMessage materials still describe enterprise pricing and deployment support. The gap between a 30-second agent draft and a production integration remains central to the launch.

Bland says 30 seconds is enough to turn a website into an iMessage agent — Isaiah Granet's latest product push automates website and API setup, while Bland's existing iMessage offering is still described as an enterprise service.

Bland says businesses can turn a website into a branded iMessage agent in about 30 seconds, with the agent able to connect to company APIs and handle tasks such as payments inside a chat. The San Francisco startup described the launch in an October 15th post on X, which directs businesses to text Bland to try it.
