Why it matters

Cua is charging for coordination around customer-owned computers rather than selling compute. That could appeal to teams that want agents inside desktop apps but need to control where sessions run; the relay's ability to read traffic in transit makes deployment choices part of the product decision.

Coworkers share computer stations in an open studio with the Cua logo on a glass partition.

Cua launched Spaces Teams and Pro on October 15th, offering a shared desktop where people and AI agents can work side by side. The launch thread describes the product as a layer on Cua Driver, the company's desktop automation and remote-display stack, for macOS, Linux and Windows.
