Why it matters

Olyzon is betting that agencies will pay for a neutral coordination layer across their ad platforms as larger adtech players build agentic tools around their own inventory and systems.

Olyzon launched its advertising orchestration platform on October 7th, putting CEO Jules Minvielle's bet on connected-TV buying into a broader product that coordinates campaigns across advertisers' existing media systems. Olyzon says its agents are live on campaigns, moving budgets and measurement signals across demand-side platforms, supply sources and direct deals while leaving buyers' tools in place. Olyzon's launch announcement places the release during Advertising Week New York.

The product's reach reflects Minvielle's career in adtech. He co-founded mobile advertising company Mozoo in 2010, then co-founded Ogury in 2014 and later served as its COO. He started Olyzon with former Ogury colleague Mathieu Desve, who became Olyzon's CTO, and Martin Danet, who had been Ogury's sales director. Minvielle described that history and Olyzon's original CTV focus in a 2024 interview. Olyzon extends his experience with fragmented ad systems from mobile and connected television to more channels.

From CTV campaigns to an orchestration layer

Olyzon started in May 2024 with a focus on connected TV, where advertisers must work across streaming services, platforms and measurement systems to reach audiences. In November 2024, Minvielle said the company had run 40 campaigns since launch. By June 2025, Olyzon said it had powered hundreds of CTV campaigns, including for DoorDash, Mastercard and Audi, though it supplied no independently audited performance figures. The October product announcement expands the platform beyond CTV to YouTube, social, digital audio and digital out-of-home advertising.

The listed connections include Amazon DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk and Yahoo DSP on the buying side; Universal Ads, Vibe, Spotify and PubMatic for inventory; and DoubleVerify, Xpln, Lucid and Innovid for measurement and verification. Olyzon also says it can bring insertion-order campaigns into the workflow through an email agent, with the buyer retaining control of sending the order. The model is to sit above the tools a media team already uses, route work among them, and let the buyer set budget limits and approval thresholds.

Olyzon wants to own the decision-making and workflow layer while established platforms continue to execute transactions and supply inventory. CEO Jules Minvielle summarized the intended division of labor in the announcement: "The agent does the orchestration. The human keeps the decision." The arrangement asks agencies to trust automation with campaign changes while preserving a human approval path and an audit log.

Olyzon calls the emerging category a "Unified Media Platform." The term is Olyzon's own, not a settled industry label. The commercial test is whether buyers will pay for a neutral layer across competing platforms, and whether it can make better budget decisions than the tools that already control buying and reporting data.

The new layer has competition

Olyzon now faces a busier field than when it began as a CTV-focused business. In June, ad marketplace Magnite introduced Magnite Orchestration, a coordination layer connecting buyer agents with its seller agent and premium inventory. Magnite's product is built around its own supply relationships; Olyzon says it coordinates across a buyer's existing DSPs, supply partners and direct deals. Both aim to connect advertising agents, but they start from different positions in the stack.

That distinction could help Olyzon with agencies wary of reorganizing around a single inventory owner. It also leaves Olyzon with a difficult job: integrations are easy to describe and harder to turn into durable advantage. The value depends on whether the system can reliably compare results across partners, act within buyer-set constraints, and improve outcomes enough to justify another layer in a crowded workflow.

Olyzon's launch announcement says the platform is optimizing live campaigns daily. Agency customers quoted in the release describe faster analysis and campaign adjustments, and Method1's head of media, analytics and innovation says the agents now handle routine budget, bid and bundle-ID decisions. Those accounts show how the product is meant to fit into media teams, though they are company-supplied testimonials rather than independent performance measurements.

Funding bought room to expand

The product launch follows a series of financings as Olyzon expanded beyond its original Paris base. Ventech reports that Ventech, Eurazeo, Kima Ventures and more than 50 industry angels backed a €3 million seed round in 2024. In June 2025, Olyzon announced a $5 million seed extension led by Cassius Capital, including $3.8 million in equity and non-dilutive funding. In May 2026, S4S Ventures led a $10 million Series A, with existing investor Eurazeo participating. The round was intended to support product development and expansion in the United States and London, according to Olyzon's Series A announcement.

Minvielle's earlier companies gave him experience with advertising's connective systems. Olyzon's next test is whether buyers will pay for coordination across channels, with CTV as its entry point, instead of treating it as a service for operating the systems they already use.
