Why it matters
Music is becoming an AI-native category; a focused hackathon with infrastructure partners can catalyze new tools around voice synthesis, stems, tagging, and analytics that artists and labels may adopt.

Replit said it is supporting a new Musicathon organized by Musixmatch Pro, running June 15-21 with more than $25,000 in prizes and a $5,000 cash award, in a post on X.

According to the announcement, the weeklong hackathon is fully remote and open globally. Partners named in the post include ElevenLabs, Songstats, LALAL.AI, and Cyanite.
Replit linked to a registration page in the post and included a short video teaser. If you want in, the registration link is in the announcement.
The Musicathon pitch leans into the crossover between developer tooling and music: AI voice and audio tools, music analytics, and tagging systems are all represented among partners. For developers building at the intersection of music and AI, the format offers a concentrated week to prototype and ship.
