It seeks restrictions on Reddit in-house counsel involved in AI strategy, a carveout for experts developing competing LLMs or tools that compromise LLMs, source-code-level protection for certain dataset identifiers, secure inspection of training data, printing limits, narrower TAR disclosure rules, and narrower preservation duties for legacy data. Reddit's Aug. 14 declaration says production was deferred until the orders are entered and that the parties reached impasse on Aug. 6.
