How does renewal work?
Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Your account page always shows the date and amount of your next charge.
Will I see sponsored posts?
Free and Live include sponsored posts. Pro and Intelligence remove them from the site and the newsletter while you're signed in.
What stays free?
Every story and investigation with a free account, basic company follows and alerts, the apps, and delayed RSS, CLI and MCP feeds. Public evidence and audit downloads stay public. We aren't putting reporting behind a paywall.
What's the difference between Live, Pro and Intelligence?
Live is real-time reading on the website. Pro adds real-time RSS, CLI, MCP and extension feeds, no sponsored posts, the full newsletter and archive, quiet hours and digests for alerts, full model pages and head-to-heads, and AppScreen. Intelligence adds RuntimeWire Data: the Tech Index and AI Frontier datasets, with CSV, JSON and full-snapshot downloads.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. You can get a full refund within 24 hours of any charge from your account page; after 24 hours, charges are non-refundable.
I'm already a member. Does anything change?
Early members move up, not out: you get Intelligence, our top plan, at the price you joined at, for as long as your membership stays active. That's everything in Pro, plus the Tech Index and AI Frontier datasets. Any other change is your choice, and every change shows the price and the date it takes effect before you confirm.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from your account page. Upgrades start right away, and the prorated charge is shown before you confirm. Downgrades and switches between monthly and annual billing take effect at the end of your current period.
Can I buy in the apps?
No. Plans are sold on the web. Sign in to the iPhone or Android app with the same account and your plan is recognized.
Will creating an account charge me?
No. A free account never turns into a charge. You're only billed after you confirm checkout with Stripe.
Do RSS feeds contain full articles?
No. RSS contains excerpts and links to the articles. Pro removes the delivery delay; it does not turn RSS into a full-text feed.
