为何重要
Kotoba 已经有一个 API alpha，但 fal 为其面向东亚的语音模型提供了另一个分发渠道和明确的按使用付费路径。此次整合推进了创始人将语音研究转化为开发者可评估和部署的工具的计划；使用情况及由此产生的收入仍未得到验证。
fal 于 10 月 19 日在其模型目录中新增了 Kotoba Technologies 的四个语音端点，其中包括一个可流式传输翻译后音频和文本的实时 speech-to-speech 翻译 API。对于 Kotoba co-founders Noriyuki Kojima and Jungo Kasai，这一上架使他们面向东亚的语音技术能够直接出现在已经通过 fal 构建的开发者面前，而无需先从 Kotoba 自己的 API 计划开始。fal 在一篇 post on X 中确认了此次新增；Kotoba 当天也发布了自己的 announcement the same day。
