Why it matters
Voice and video give Muse users another way to consult the agent, including for advice, as Meta competes with ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude for daily use. The rollout also shows where Meta's $14.3 billion Scale AI deal is surfacing for consumers: under Wang, Meta is pairing delegated work across connected apps with voice and video chat.

Meta's Muse voice feature is now available to everyone in the US, Alexandr Wang (@alexandr_wang) said in a post on X on November 5th. Users can now make phone calls and video chat with their Muse whenever they need it, he added.
